Return eligibility
Returns are accepted ONLY if:
- the product arrives damaged
- the product is defective
- the wrong item was delivered
We DO NOT accept returns for:
- change of mind
- incorrect size selection
- dislike of the product
- products that have been used
Return request
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery through WhatsApp or email with:
- order number
- photos of the issue
- brief description
Our team will review the request before approving a replacement or refund.
Refund timeline
For prepaid orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
For COD orders: Approved refunds are made through UPI or NEFT bank transfer within 5–7 business days.
